Very soft & delicious👌
✔️Ingredients
500 grams ripe bananas
*weight includes the skin, around 1 & 1/4 in cups if peeled & mashed
2 eggs
1/2 cup [120 ml] fresh milk (or evap)
1/2 cup [120 ml] veg. oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup [200 grams] light brown sugar (or white sugar)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 & 3/4 cups [224 grams] all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
*50 - 80 grams chocolate chips (as desired)
