Social Security Scotland Research | Languages and Communication Use

Social Security Scotland wants to improve its service for people.  To do so, researchers want to talk to people who use English as a second language. They also want to speak to people who use alternative forms of communication such as Braille, British Sign Language (BSL) or Easy Read.
