Ingredients-

Vanilla Madeleines- Madeleines

115 g or 1/2 cup caster sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 lemon zested (small)
115 g or 1 cup all purpose flour or Maida
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
115 g or 1/2 cup melted butter (unsalted)

Bake at 190 C for 8-10 minutes
