Surprising Design in an Antique Fire Extinguisher. Testing and Restoration.

First we need to fix it.  I look it over and figure out how it was made originally, and then fix a hole on the inner container.  We discuss how it works, charge it up and test it out.  Then finally give it a full restoration to make it an awesome wall hanger, including making a custom wall hanger!  ;-)
