This smoky tomatillo salsa is made with char-grilled tomatillos, red chillies and garlic. The depth of flavour is second to none and this tomatillo sauce will complement any of your favourite Mexican meals. Or, simply enjoy the salsa with a packet of tortilla chips and snack away!
You don't have to blacken the tomatillos as much as shown in the video. If you prefer a less intense smokiness to the salsa, simply char-grill the tomatillos till browned but not blackened.
