His Holiness Dalai Lama in New York for Tenshug August 22nd 2024 #tibetanvlogger

On 22nd August 2024, Tibetans in the US especially ones  living in New York got the opportunity to see His Holiness the Dalai Lama. During the session His Holiness gave advice to all Tibetans which I felt very important for the rest of the non-Tibetan speakers to know as well. I took my time to listen to his advice again & again and was able to put subtitles that I was able to understand.
I would like to apologize if there are any mistakes in my part in adding subtitles.
