In this video you will learn how to convert PDF to Excel without 3RD PARTY APPS AND NO MS 365
1. Download and install Microsoft Power BI for Desktop
Power BI Desktop—Interactive Reports | Microsoft Power BI
2. Open the Microsoft Power BI
Click on Get Data ribbon, then click on More, then click on pdf, then click on connect
Trace your pdf that you want to convert and import it.
Then it opens Microsoft Excel Navigator- which has now analyzed my pdf to see the available data in the pdf file. On the left hand side, we have the main pdf file extracted, then the extracted data which is the Tables- which shows the data in tables only, then we have page which shows the whole data in the page. On the right side is the preview pane which shows what I have selected in the left hand side.
Down below we have 2 options
Load option- this allows us to load or import the selected data directly without modifying it.
Transform Data Option- Allows us to make some modification on the selected option on left hand side, made delete some columns and some columns.
But today, I will load the table I have selected directly without modifying or changing it.
Click on load, it takes some time to load the data to your Microsoft power BI, when it finishes loading the table will be displayed on the field panel.
Click on data option on the left hand side the click again on the loaded table and right click your mouse and choose copy table.
3. Copy your data to your blank Microsoft excel spreadsheet.
Just right click your mouse or ctrl v to paste the copied table. And now you can edit anything here.
