The intention of this meditation is to build new neural pathways and strengthen existing ones. The cerebral hemispheres are divided into a right hemisphere and a left hemisphere. These brain hemispheres communicate with each other through a thick band of 200-250 million nerve fibers called the corpus callosum. Each hemisphere of the brain is dominant for certain behaviors. During meditation, the corpus callosum becomes deeply stimulated. New foundations of neural pathways are built, which allows both hemispheres to communicate in sync and to a higher degree.

This meditation facilitates a profound journey of an individual's personal growth and development, which is viewed as a reflection of the human experience and search for meaning and purpose.

This journey is characterized by its focus on personal growth and development, forcing individuals to confront their beliefs, values, and assumptions about the world. It is a search for self-discovery, where individuals can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world.

Brain hemisphere synchronization refers to the process of achieving a state in which both the left and right hemispheres of the brain work together optimally, in harmony. This is an important aspect of brain function as both hemispheres play different roles in our cognitive processes.

The left hemisphere is generally associated with analytical thinking, logic, language, and sequential processing, while the right hemisphere is associated with creativity, intuition, spatial awareness, and holistic thinking. When the two hemispheres are in sync, it allows for a more balanced approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Meditation is one way to promote brain hemisphere synchronization and enhance the function of the corpus callosum. Research has shown that regular meditation can increase activity in the prefrontal cortex, a region of the brain responsible for decision-making, attention, and self-awareness. This increased activity leads to greater connectivity between the two hemispheres, allowing for greater synchronization.
