Raw video: St. Louis police chief addresses media after shooting involving officers

A St. Louis police officer and a suspect were shot, and two other police officers suffered injuries to their hands Friday afternoon in the city's Debaliviere Place neighborhood. The incident unfolded shortly before 4:30 p.m. in the 5700 block of Kingsbury Place near Forest Park.
