Use Insignia TV As A Computer Screen As The Default View

A common problem when setting up an insignia monitor with your computer is it keeps going back to the Smart TV mode.  

We want to show you the fix for that so that each time your computer or monitor is turned on, the default behavior for your Insignia display defaults to "A Computer Monitor"
