The Supreme Court on Friday granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Manish Sisodia, who was in custody for 17 months after being arrested in corruption and money laundering cases linked to the alleged Delhi excise policy scam. The top court said the applicant’s right to have a speedy trial was denied.
