Painting a Realistic Acrylic Still life painting on canvas with flower in a golden vase. I have started with a base coat of Burnt Umber, Burnt sienna and Crimson. Then painting the overall proportions with Burnt Umber. Later adding the right colors and values. No retarder is used in this painting. I have used water as the only medium.
