THIS WILL NOT SUPPORT OR EDIT MAC OR WINDOWS... SORRY. KEEP CALM AND INSTALL LINUX. Linux ONLY instructional video. CTRL-ALT-T quickly brings up the terminal in Peppermint Linux, and some other Linux distros. That being said: Did you buy a keyboard that is supposed to be "backlit", or otherwise is supposed to light up using LED? Did you plug it into your Ubuntu-or-derivative-thereof Linux machine and the thing doesn't light up? Don't send it back yet... try this first. NOTE- you will have to do this EVERY TIME you want to light up the keyboard. This approach has been tried by me personally on Peppermint 8, but I imagine it will work on most Ubuntu-based distros. It's easy, it only takes a second, so try it.
