Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 Unknown Asset Fix

In this tutorial we will go over how to fix available to download, unknown and not active assets in content manager. This fix works for units showing modified missing dependencies and modified faulty. This will work in either Trainz Railroad Simulator 2019 or Trainz A New Era.
