How to fix Paper Feed Problem on Most Epson Stylus Photo Printer Top Tray Pick Up Issue R280 R290

If your Epson printer is a top loading type, paper misdeed or no paper when there is paper in the tray is a common issue. A few things can cause a printer to bot pick up paper.
