The coating is a perfect
The coating is a perfect thermal barrier protecting any structures and human life from the ultra-high heat by insulating and resisting to a high temperature while suppressing emission of toxic gas including VOC.
When the coated substrates is heated, the coating film instantaneously makes a vacuum space in between the coated film and substrate as it gets to be cellular layer of protective insulation barrier and thus, in such a vacuum space in between, any conduction, convection and radiation could never happen even after way over 4 hours of continual heating.
■ As for the 3mm thickness coating, there occurs a small hole in the center as the coating was not applied evenly, thus the temperature was increased much more than intended due to the coating application error.
■ We used analog clock as the LED of digital clock is flicking intensely due to light wave interference from the LED light illuminating bulb.
