No YSL Mistrial: Judge Whitaker Rejects Attorney Bruce Harvey's Motion

Bruce Harvey is the most experienced lawyer in the YSL trial, and he made a rare appearance at the lectern today to argue his motion for mistrial. The motion focuses how the trial can possibly continue under a new judge after 19 months and six months of testimony. It says Judge Paige Reese Whitaker said she won't be taking the time to catch up on what happened before she took over, but the judge took issue with that statement and said she doesn't know where it came from. She said can catch up on the case and preside over the trial with no issues. She is not calling a mistrial.
