Bond order is 1,2,3 for
Bond order is 1,2,3 for single, double, triple bonds.
It can be a fraction if there are resonance structures.
Higher Bond Order means shorter, stronger bonds.
Examples here include CO, CO2, CH3OH, CH3COOH, CH3COO(-), ClO(-), ClO2(-), ClO3(-) and ClO4(-).
