Modi in US : This is what PM Modi said in his short opening remark at White House
United States President Donald Trump and his wife Melania accorded a warm red carpet welcome to Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the White House. In his short opening remark he said that US President Donald Trump is well aware about India's economic progress and growth. He further said that he is grateful to President Trump for the warm welcome. He says this is a welcome for 125 crore people of India. Modi recalls how Trump had praised him in 2014, even when he was not in the race for President.
