LightBurn Rotary Setup - Steps Per Rotation - OMTech Polar CO2 Laser

There are some confusing videos explaining rotary setup in LightBurn, and most of what I have seen contained bad information.
The correct way to setup Steps Per Rotation (SPR) for an unknown value, is to test your rotary.
On the side of the rotary with the motor, place a piece of masking tape with a reference line, and place another piece below the roller as seen in the video.
When you hit the Test button in Rotary Setup in LightBurn, the roller should do one full rotation, line up perfectly with the reference line, and then return.
If this does not work with your current SPR, then it is incorrect and must be adjusted.
Note: since the diameter of the roller will never change, SPR should also never change.
