Found him in a cave
Found him in a cave just next to the shore in Jade Forest on my "Shaman" "Trondtommy" lvl 87. Has 1264k HP, does three abilities: 1st Ability is "Grappling Hock" inflicts 450% Weapon Damage and Pulls the Target to the Caster. 2nd Ability is "Vanish" causes the target to "Vanish" into the Shadows, Removing all debuffs and allowing the use of "smoked blade". 3rd Ability is "Vicous Rend" Causes the target to bleed for 1% of Their Maximum health as Physical every 5 seconds for 15 sec. Stacks.
