This animation was footage from a dvd we created named 'The Cocoon of Safety' featuring Quentin Wilson and shows a car pulling out in slow motion without having looked to the left - on coming traffic would not normally be a problem - but in this case the car coming from the left had to overtake a parked vehicle - this is a common mistake causing accidents
