Alternating Incline Dumbbell Curl is a beginner level isolation exercise performed using dumbbells and an inclined bench. The main muscle targeted in this exercise is the biceps but the forearms are also stimulated considerably during the exercise.

In this exercise, the body is laid on an inclined bench and dumbbells are used as resistance to stimulate the biceps. The movement in the exercise involves lifting the dumbbells in an alternating pattern to create contraction and relaxation in the biceps.
