How to Paint Laminate Cabinets No Sanding No Primer

In this video I use a Valspar cabinet paint to update my bathroom vanity. The paint goes on very easy and does not require sanding or primer. All I did to prep the cabinets was clean them with a damp towel and dry them before painting. I did this update in my kitchen which has the same laminate.
