What Happens When You Fall on Your Face? | Animal Crossing Hospital | ACNH Happy Home Paradise

Kapp'n took me to a dangerous island and didn't warn me that the rocks were slippery. So of course when I started running, I fell straight onto my face and had to go to the hospital at the resort.

Thankfully, my injuries weren't too serious. I didn't need any surgery but I still had to rest in the patient ward overnight. It turned out to be pretty enjoyable because I saw some familiar faces there.
