Ramadan Kareem friends! I hope you enjoy these simple, healthy suhoor ideas! :)

1. Overnight Oats
Base Ingredients:
½ cup rolled old fashioned oats
½ cup milk of choice
¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

Add any toppings you'd like!

2. Protein Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 Tbsp flax seed powder
1 Tbsp nut butter of choice
1 scoop protein powder
almond milk to desired consistency

3. Avocado Toast with Eggs
