Silicone molds are super popular with resin artists - they're perfect for making things like petri dishes or embedding objects to make things like coasters.

You can pick up silicon molds at hobby stores and online too, but keep an eye out for the interior of the mold ... what does it look like?

Is it glossy?
Is it matte?
