✔️EMPATHY•ACKNOWLEDGE•ASSURE•APOLOGIZE
This process will improve your soft skills if you are using English as a second language in your Call Center. Practice this Role-Play and work on developing your Soft Skills.
▪ Customer: "Trying to pay my account. Your site claims. I don't know my email."
▪ CSR: "Wow, really? I'm sorry you can't login to your account at this time, Mr. Customer. I'll be delighted to help you get back on your account again.
▪Customer: “I truly hope so. I urgently need to place an order!"
▪ CSR: "Honestly, sir. I've been there before and I would feel exactly the same, If I were in your position."
✔️ BEST PRACTICES
▪ Use Interjections to avoid sounding scripted. Injections are words or phrases the expressions feelings and emotions rather than direct meaning. For example, Wow!, really?, oh my gosh!.
▪ "Oh my gosh, I'm sorry to hear you can't login to your account at the moment!"
