EMS : Move Mailbox from One Database to Other

1. Prepare

- DC1 : Domain Controller

- DC2 : Exchange Server

2. Step by step

- DC2 : Move HiepIT Mailbox from DB1 to DB2

 + Exchange Management Shell :

   + New-MoveRequest –Identity HiepIT –TargetDatabase DB2   # Move HiepIT Mailbox from DB1 to DB2

   + Get-MoveRequestStatistics –Identity HiepIT             # Check the status

   + Remove-MoveRequest -Identity HiepIT -Confirm:$false    # Delete an existing move request

 + Exchange Management Console - Recipient Configuration - Move Request = Check again
