Hi friends! Today we dive into Catching Fire, and take a look at the third Quarter Quell!
Each Quarter Quell is marked by a special twist, that was supposedly decided on when the Hunger Games were created. However, we learn in the Catching Fire movie that the 3rd Quarter Quell that we see wasn't the original planned idea; it's an idea created by president Snow and Plutarch Heavensbee. So what was the original idea?
