Making Treasure out of Trash! Inspired by Elden Ring

Making a new kind of monster for my Dungeons and Dragons Game Inspired by the Teardrop Scarab in Elden Ring.

Why should it be only Dragons that get all the good treasure piles. Now my players can find some bug holes full of gold along their travels....in fact I might have to build those next.
