I give you an update on my large 'Red Beefsteak' for the 'Grow Off' I challenged CaliKim to. I provide an in depth explanation of what a tomato sucker is and  how to identify them. Pruning is an art not an exact science or necessary. I explain how and why to do it. I discuss the principles of top dressing your tomatoes when fruit appears and the importance of spraying on an established routine.
