ATTENTION
I would like to emphasize that the use of salt in this recipe is mandatory, just as shown in the video, because otherwise the lupin flour will make the dish bitter and inedible.
The correct flavor profile is fundamental for my reinterpretation and I didn't want to stray too far from the taste of the original dish.
Therefore, I do not recommend this recipe for those who follow a low-sodium diet.
