SVAMAATRAA NIRMAANAM AAPAADAYATI
Translation :
Experiencing that this objective world is the product of his subjective consciousness,he can create and manifest any object or matter or occurrence that he thinks or desires in this Universe,within time and space
Physical appearance of Lord Shiva materialised by Sri Sathya Sai Baba upon a ring.
The hymn chanted in the video is the 8th Anuvaka of Shri Rudram in Ghanam mode ( most complex method of chanting vedas amongst the 11 styles ).
The panchakshari ' namah shivaya' comes from this portion of the vedas.

Ghanapaatah of 8th Anuvaka , rudram : Challakere brothers.
