Hi Folks! Welcome to my channel! In today's video I am testing out and comparing Winsor and Newton's Cotman watercolour paints in pans with Winsor and Newtons professional watercolour paints in pans. In this review, I show you the packaging and layout of both sets, swatch out and mix colours and then demonstrate the two watercolour paints alongside each other in a quick speed paint.
