This is a healthy Bhaji. Light to eat, Clears your stomach, increases your immunity, and this bhaji is really rich in fibre and low on carbs.
A must try recipe.
Following are the needed materials

Ingredients:

Oil: 2-3 tablespoons
Mustard seeds: 1 tablespoons
Green Chillies Splits: 5-6
Curry Leaves: 10-12 leaves
Asafoetida: A pinch
Chopped Onions: 2 medium
Soaked Moong for 10 mins in water: 1 bowl
Salt: To taste  
Grated Coconut: 1 small bowl
Water:  A half glass
Water on the plate: 1 glass

Serve this healthy bhaji with any Bhakti or Roti
