2nd Grade Math 6.4, 3-digit Addition, Regroup Tens

We have learned in video 6.3 when there are 10 or more ones, we regroup 10 ones as 1 ten. When there are 10 or more tens, we regroup 10 tens as 1 hundred. When ANY place value has 10 or more, we regroup to the next greater place value to the left. We model and draw 3-digit addition. We make sure when we are regrouping, to regroup to the correct place value. We solve two word problems that involve multi-steps and 3-digit addition. We rewrite number sentences so the addends are stacked in place value columns to add.
