Palak ki Tikki ( Spinach Fritters ) is a very delicious and crispy fritter recipe prepared with spinach leaves, boiled potatoes and spicy chick pea flour. Palak tikki is very easy to cook and can be served as a starter or a tea time snack. Kids love these tasty and crispy palak ki tikki. You can have this palak ki tikki with any sweet and sour chutney, green chutney or tomato ketchup.
