Cooking recipe and ingredients:

2 eggplants.
Peel them from the skin.
Cut into thin layers.

Black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon thyme.

1 teaspoon paprika.
Mix well.
Put the eggplants in a heat-resistant glass bowl.

Grease both sides with sauce.
Put the prepared minced meat on the eggplant.

100 ml water.
1 tablespoon tomato paste.
Mix well.
Pour tomato juice over it.
Cover with foil.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 25 minutes.
4 tomatoes.
Cut the tomatoes in half.
2 peppers.
Bake for another 15 minutes at 180 °C.
Sprinkle with dill.
