Police came to my house! - Getting my knife back...

I had a Manual Flipper knife seized by UK border force and a visit from the Police... I had two options, I could just do nothing and let them keep the knife which also left a question mark about my good character with the Police. Or I could insist upon the matter be dealt with by a court. I stood to risk losing a considerable amount of money if this backfired on me. I am glad to say I haven't lost any money and I have provided further evidence that we are indeed allowed to possess manual flipper knives in the UK.
