Today, we are going to cover one of our favorite water types — runs. As the current moves through a semi-deep section of the river, this creates a "run" of bland medium speed water. Fish love to hold in them, but without any surface features it's often unclear why fish would call this home. The truth is, this is a great place to catch tons of fish, if you know where to find them! Today, we'll talk about how to find trout and fish a run.
