Thank you for watching my barbacoa sausage video. On this video, I smoked up some beef cheeks from Porter Road on my Yoder Frontiersman and stuffed them into a hog casing to make some of the best sausages I've ever had. Once I cased the sausages, I smoked them for a second time inside my PK100 smoker using mesquite saw dust and that kicked up the flavor on these barbacoa sausages.
