A great energy choice for your workouts! 💪🏼 Recipe: - 2 cups rolled oats - 1 tbsp Matcha.com matcha powder - 1 cup chopped almonds, mixed nuts or seeds - 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey - 1/4 cup grapeseed oil, coconut oil or melted butter - 1/2 cup chopped dried fruits or chocolate chips - 1 tsp vanilla - 1/4 tsp salt Preheat oven to 350F, and line a 7x7” pan with parchment paper. Combined oats, matcha powder, chopped nuts, and salt in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix oil, honey, and vanilla. Pour into the large bowl, and mix well. Add and fold in the dried fruits or chocolate chips. Transfer into the pan, and press very firmly. Bake for 20 minutes. Then let it cool completely before cutting into bars. Serve, and enjoy!
