Like every Malayalee, this is one of my all-time favorite Kerala delicacies! I prepare it often for friends & family.

Cubed beef pieces are pressure cooked in a spicy masala mixture and later fried or slow roasted with seasonings, with lots off crushed ginger, garlic, green chilies and curry leaves. Our Kerala Beef fry is ready to store.
