Vishuddha Chakra is located in
Vishuddha Chakra is located in the throat region. It is the place of the Thyroid which is important for emotional balance and healthy metabolism. Also located there, the root of the tongue is greatly involved in proper swallowing. The Throat Chakra maintains a connection between the head and the body- between Mind and Actions.

Belief in existence of the "I" feeling causes constraint in Vishuddha Chakra. This belief is composed from other 5 beliefs:
1. I am Form (Body)- 0:30
2. I am Perceptions- 0:47
3. I am Concepts- 1:05
4. I am Impulses- 1:27
5. I am Consciousness- 1:48
Meditation on Non-Attachment to these 5 beliefs is based on the understanding that Form, Perceptions, Concepts, Impulses and Consciousness are accumulations constructed from particles of ignorance.
Impermanent, exposed to suffering, these accumulations cannot have a solid "I".
