How to make Kair Pickle at home / Kerda nu Athanu Recipe / કેરડાનું અથાણું બનાવવાની રીત
Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
500 grams Fresh Green Kair (Kerda) (ફ્રેશ લીલા કેરડા)
As required Water (પાણી)
1 litre Khatta Aam Ka Paani / Sour Buttermilk (આથેલી કેરીનું પાણી અથવા ખાટી છાશ)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
For Making Traditional Kerda Pickle Masala (ટ્રેડિશનલ રીતે કેરડાનું અથાણું બનાવવા માટેનો મસાલો)
50 grams Mustard Dal (રાઈનાં કુરિયા)
1 tbsp Turmeric powder (હળદર પાવડર)
1/2 tsp Asafoetida / Hing (હીંગ)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
1 tbsp Coarsely Ground Fennel Seeds (દરદરી પીસેલી વરિયાળી)
1 tsp Coriander Kuriya (ધાણાનાં કુરિયા)
3-4 tbsp Oil (સીંગતેલ અથવા સરસિયું)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice (લીંબુનો રસ)
For Making Methiya Kerda Pickle Masala (મેથિયાનાં મસાલાવાળું કેરડાનું અથાણું)
100 grams Achar Masala / Methiya Masala (ખાટા અથાણાનો મસાલો)
1 tbsp Mustard Dal (રાઈનાં કુરિયા)
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
Pinch of Asafoetida / Hing (હીંગ)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (લીંબુનો રસ)
3 tbsp Oil (સીંગતેલ અથવા સરસીયું)
