2 tablespoons lemon juice
100 g sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon wheat flour (type 405 alternatively: breadcrumbs)
1 pck. filo pastry (or strudel pastry)
50 g liquid butter
Some powdered sugar for dusting
If desired, vanilla sauce for garnish
