US President Joe Biden to travel to Israel - BBC News

US President Joe Biden will travel to Israel on Wednesday. Mr Biden had planned to meet Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Tel Aviv and Arab leaders in Jordan. The summit in Jordan was cancelled after a deadly explosion at the Al-Ahli hospital in Gaza City. The Hamas-controlled authorities in Gaza say it was a deliberate Israeli air strike. Israel's military says the blast was caused by a failed rocket launch by the militant group Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
