Hypnosis for Headaches & Migraine Relief

This is a guided hypnosis session with voice and music audio to help you find relief for the pain of headaches and migraine attacks.

Self hypnosis, guided meditation and guided imagery suggestions can work directly with your subconscious mind, so that you can use your own mind's inner resources in order to find a healthy, natural alternative for headache and migraine pain.

You may use this audio session during the day or at night. If headaches and migraines are preventing your best sleep, or resulting in insomnia, then I suggest listening to this session, followed by one of my sleep hypnosis relaxation tracks.
