I was wondering if you could help me.
I’m having some problems with my computer.
I bought it about three months ago, but it stopped working.
This is a big problem because I work in IT and I use my computer every day.
So I have a few complaints actually.
I’ve tried to fix the problem by checking the manual, but it’s only in Spanish.
I specifically asked the salesman if English instructions were included before I bought it.
He said, “Yes” they were included.
Are they missing or was the salesman mistaken?
Also, when I got the computer I noticed that there was a scratch on the screen.
I took a picture of the scratch just in case, but I continued using the computer because I didn't have any free time to come back.
Anyways, like I said before. The computer has completely stopped working.
I was sending some emails in the bath yesterday and now it won’t turn on.
I want to know what you can do for me. Is this problem covered under the warranty?
Please respond as soon as possible.
